The basic information about activities.
Activities of the Project are planned in 2 ways:
1 activities that all partners do at the same time during the project in their organizations
2 training activities during the mobilities
The first way of activities.
To achieve the aim of the project – to develop capacity of the youth self-government – there have been planned to train young people from youth self-government and groups of social risk in each partner organization. The young people will gain knowledge about content and importance of planned topic and on working with youth from groups of social risk, as well as methodological support for learning different themes.
Trained young people will use acquired knowledge / skills / abilities for youth from groups of social risk to involve and train them.
The topics are divided into 4 blocks and are planned in an easy-to-difficult order.
Introspection (my family roots, strengths and weaknesses, my talents, my family / school / city / country traditions; I am proud of … ; me and other young people in positive / negative habits; my lifestyle; opportunities for young people to participate in self-government and other events of young people life in my city / country, NGOs, my and other people health)
my career (my abilities, the world of professions, job opportunities, my hobby as an idea for a business, social responsibility and involvement ….)
project management (target setting, implementation of idea, the necessary resources attraction, ability to persuade others of your ideas necessity, business skills learning …)
IT skills (using modern technology for goals achievement)
|Turkey||create a questionnaire for young people’s parents, families, support persons, as well as for another institutions (NGOs, general, vocational and higher educational institutions) and people who are interested in work with youth to recognize social risk in time and develop recommendations for data processing and interpretation||develop and pilot a plan for a seminar / discussion about parents’ social responsibility in the children upbringing and young people from social risk groups as potential parents educating, providing questions, the methods and the assessment of the results as well as opportunities for further use of the results. The seminar/discussion will be planned for educational institutions staff, NGO staff, youth councils, local authorities, social support institutions, parents’ representatives, etc.
|develop and pilot a plan for a seminar / discussion on the development of business skills among young people of all ages, including young people at an early age, providing questions, the methods and the assessment of the results as well as opportunities for further use of the results. The seminar/discussion will be planned for educational institutions staff, NGO staff, youth councils, local authorities, social support institutions, parents’ representatives, etc.||developed an interactive presentation on opportunities for stakeholders cooperation in the issue of the involvement of young people from youth self-government and social risk groups in team-work|
|Bulgaria||developed methodological guidelines for detailed examination of the situation and identification of needs of youth from groups of social risk, psycho-emotional characteristics and potential risks, potential types of involvement in different organizations, such as school self-governments, NGOs, etc.||develop and pilot methodological materials – tables with the evaluation criteria of different skills and formal / informal assessment of achievement, as well as self-evaluation||develop and pilot methodological guidelines for teaching / management staff and questionnaire for young people on planning career and evaluation their business and project management skills (for primary / secondary school and for young people of 18+ age group)
|develop and pilot methodological guidance for teaching / management staff and questionnaire to learn intercultural competence of young people in e-environment|
|Romania||develop recommendations for working with young people in the natural environment by using available natural resources||develop lesson plan for various social groups of young people “Art of presenting itself is the pathway to success” – the role of business correspondence, making a positive first impression, accumulation of success (the methods, techniques, materials, etc.). It will be piloted in formal and non-governmental educational organizations||create a description and pilot workshops where students can come quickly to achievable and concrete, tangible and measurable results, such as T-shirt painting, spoon carving, bird cages making, cooking, etc.||create animation about possibilities and importance of vocational training (4 different groups of profession which are based on school curricula)|

|Macedonia||develop and pilot a questionnaire for employers about what business competencies are required by today’s labor market; which competences have already acquired by today’s young people, and which should pay special attention in order to young people, especially from groups of social risk, should be competitive at the labor market||create a plan of a seminar / classes for working with risk groups, youth self-government of educational institutions and NGOs youth about development of business skills of young people||develop recomendations / methods for cooperation with empoyers in order to provide training , educational trips organization, support of the mentor, etc.||develop interactive material – presentation “My hobby – my business”|
