Each partner is committed to:
1 send out a short information on the project goals, objectives, planned activities and partner organizations to at least 3-5 mass media and put it on your organization’s website within one month of the project approval
2. organize at least one dissemination workshop inviting institutions interested in this issue: representatives of student government from at least 2-3 local schools, parents, teachers, local education policy makers, representatives of the Local Government, NGO representatives, representatives of an university, etc., at least 20 people, after each mobility occurred in their country
3. send out information about the mobility goals and tasks, progress and results, the experience of participants and further tasks to perform in the future to at least 3-5 mass media and post it on your organization’s website after each mobility occurred in their country
4. organize at least one dissemination and evaluation seminar by inviting people who are interested in this issue, especially representatives of local school (look at point 2), at least 50 people, after the Project. The developed methodological materials will be presented to the participants of the seminar, groups work on different techniques / methods for realization, and animation will be organized.
5. Each partner coordinator in his/her country will provide presentations and inform at least 5 local schools about the developed methodological materials; it can be a seminar for local school administrations, student government leaders and educational policy makers, there will be opportunity to inform as many teachers as can.
It is expected that schools will be interested in using results of the project – information and developed materials, because the partners and the student governments of local schools will have recognized capacity building of student government as an important task during development of the project.
